Who are we?

I'm Hélène, the granddaughter of the couple that built the house. I'm 46 years old and I am the manager of the Ferme Caussenarde d'Autrefois museum, located on Causse Méjean, 25 minutes from Gîte de la Baume. I became the owner and took over the renting after several years of it being closed.
My husband is Jean-Rémi. He is 52 years old. He is an organic farmer on Causse Méjean. He raises dairy sheep for Le Fédou cheese factory and grows cereals for La Borie windmill. You can come see his farm during your stay if you want to and discover mountain agriculture.
We have 2 daughters together. Anna is 21 years old, she is a student. Fantine is 17 years old, she is a high school student. Both of them have been very invested in the renovation, decoration and online communication around Gîte de la Baume.
