Gîte de la Baume welcomes you all year round in La Malène, in the middle of Gorges du Tarn (Lozère).
Whether you want to take some time for yourself, discover or rediscover our region, work remotely or simply have a good time with your family, you're in the right place!
Our gite has the Meublé de tourisme four-stars label (a label for furnished tourist accommodations) since April 28th 2023 and for five years.
Lozère
A remarkable département
Lozère, despite being the least populated département in France, is nonetheless a beautiful region. It offers various natural treasures: Aubrac, Margeride, Cévennes, Gorges, Causses and Lot Valley. Lozère shines by its authenticity - you will never get tired of exploring it!
Tarn Gorges, in the south-west of Lozère département, are located between Causse Méjean and Causse de Sauveterre plateaus. They are an invitation to exploration or farniente. Either way, you will feel small in front of their gigantic cliffs. You will be stunned by Tarn Gorges and you will definitely want to come back! Our village, La Malène, is located right in the heart of Tarn Gorges.
